The value for money at the hotel was great, and the room was comfortable with all the necessary facilities. The location was perfect, close to the city center and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping malls. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety and options.

The location is great close to main shopping district

Some of the bell boys were lazy.Checking out in the early morning and the bell boy was almost asleep near the front of elevator. Didnt help with my lugguge but just stared. Also didnt bother opening the door for me when I clearly was struggling with my lugguge and the door! The person at front desk was also asleep in back and I had to wait 5 mins until he realized I was at the front desk. The air condtioner in the rooms didnt cool the room even when turned down to coolest!Rooms were always too hot! Brought it up with front desk but the person either didnt understand English or didnt care. She didnt do anything about it. The rooms and washrooms need a major remodel .On9 my second stay the room I was in I could hear the other rooms faucet and shower! The beds were not comfortable at all!

The value for money at Crowne Plaza was excellent and the room was comfortable with good linen and a decent size. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the city center and many restaurants and bars. The staff were competent and the cleaning service was very good.

I had been using this hotel often about 7 or 8 years ago. The wood furnishing in the room are still the same old stuff, but well maintained. I had an upgrade to a slightly larger room which was quite comfortable. Everything is just in the right place to my convenience, something you may not find in newer hotels. The service was as good as before.

When checking out, the total sum included a bill from the sky lounge with a room number and a guest name that were definitely not mine. After pointing out this very clear error, the reception counter staff spent a lot of time trying to figure out where the bill should go instead of immediately dropping the charge from my bill, and so delayed my departure for more than ten minutes. They should have known what their priority was.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel for our mini-trip. The staff, especially Sky at the front desk, were incredibly helpful. The pool is stunning and we wished we had more time to enjoy it. The location is perfect, with nearby shopping areas and transportation options. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. We even borrowed an HDMI cable to stream movies. We would choose this hotel again.

Convenient location in central Chengdu. Easy access to Pandas and hotpot. Clean and well-maintained surfaces throughout. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast spread.

They gave us a free upgrade to the suite which was nice. Staff were competent and helpful. Rooms were very clean and being a suite, very large. English cable tv. Very central so you dont need to catch cabs anywhere.

Walking distance to shopping, convenient transportation, helpful staff, sparkling cleanliness, excellent breakfast, comfortable rooms.
